Last week, I stopped at my favorite fruit stand to pick up the last of their Brigham City peaches. They offered me a box for a hot deal. Didn't take me long to say yes! I absolutely love Brigham City peaches. I worked pretty hard to eat as many as I could and loved every bite. But yesterday, it was clear they were too far gone to eat just plain.
I decided to make some fresh peach muffins. I had to really slice and dice through the bruises and ick spots but came up with enough peaches for my muffins and a cup for a the freezer to use later. I was so excited to try some peach muffins. You know me....here are some photos.

Sadly, I think it is past peach season so this is the end of my peach adventures until next summer. At least I got a whole box to enjoy. Happy Fall everyone!
