Happy Valentine's Day!

Another year rolls around and another Valentine's Day...or as many call it, Singles Awareness Day.  This year, I feel very supported and loved by my friends and family.  Call me silly but my kitties are big loves too.  I admit to staying in bed an extra 30 minutes this morning to snuggle with each kitty.  I had planned to meet some of my Meet Up friends for dinner but I caught a cold/cough 2 weeks ago and it is still here.   So I am staying in and to myself.

Never fear, Dr. T is on the case.  He feels I have a sinus infection so he started me on antibiotics and prescription cough syrup.  The first antibiotic was no fun.  I spent the night with wicked insomnia and itching in places I've never itched before.  So we made a switch out yesterday.

So I am in my condo and doing okay.  I'm tired of being home and I'm wallowing in a messy house that I plan to clean out today.  That also means I have no new stories to share and I am completely focused on being a good cat mom because...well...that is all I got right now.  Haha.

So here is a cute beeboop of Bella's nose.  Today I am going to imagine her nose is a cute pink heart!

She is doing good although I've had problems of her having too much kitten energy...particularly at night.  So I've stepped up my game with "hunting" toys to help with that instinct.  She gets so excited when I get them out in the evening.  But it is doing the trick and she comes to bed tired and quite most the night after an hour of hunting.   Her toys are a laser pointer and a battery operated moving toy.  She also has a basket of toys that she goes and picks out things to play with. She also loved to be held and pet and rewards me with loud instant purrs.  She is so sweet and cute.

I hope you are feeling loved and your heart is full today and every day.
