I am still suffering from this flu but Philip called yesterday and said he wanted to come hang out. With it being Easter Sunday, I was very motivated to cobble together an Easter dinner for us. I ran to the store and got stuff for a pork roast dinner. It was perfect because it basically cooks in the crock pot!
Philip came early (Tiffany went to her Grandparents so she couldn't come) to help me knowing I was not 100% We also had a little time for some Easter photos! We had a delicious dinner of pork roast, homemade apple sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a big green salad. I went to Kneaders and picked up some pastries for dessert. And of course, I made deviled eggs since Philip loves them. We had a lovely afternoon although I was exhausted and simply couldn't keep my eyes open to visit. Philip was real sweet about it though and even helped clean up before he left. Such a sweetheart.

It was nice to spend the afternoon together sharing some of our traditions we have grown to love. Hope everyonee had a fantastic Easter
