Thanksgiving really snuck up on me. But it was here before I knew it. Philip came home for the weekend and Ryan (yes, my ex) invited me to join him and his family for dinner. Ryan is a fantastic cook and we have been getting along really well. Plus that means I get to see Philip on Thanksgiving and share the "most important meal of the year" with him.
We all arrived at Ryan's early and the smell was fantastic! Ryan and the guys were all in the kitchen getting dinner ready. I'm a busy body so it wasn't long before I pushed my way in and was helping too. Ryan had 27 people to dinner which is quite a feat.

We enjoyed dinner. I sat at the table Philip was at. It was like the big kids table. I helped clean up and then came home to get some sleep. Fritz flew in for a weekend visit on Friday. I bought the 50 lb newspaper to cruise through the ads but I couldn't find a thing that made me want to go out shopping on Black Friday!
We had a fantastic Thanksgiving and weekend. I hope you did too!
