And the wind blows another direction

This morning, I got up so excited I didn't need to clean the house for surprise showings.  I went with Mars and John to a meeting at the U and while there, My agent called and said the offer was cancelled.  The family decided the basement was too low.  Not sure how that happens when they were so aggressive in wanting the home and pushing  me quickly.  But the husband is over 6' tall and decided it was a no go.  So we are moving to plan B.....the investors.  And I am back on the  market.  Next showing is tomorrow evening.  In the meantime, we are looking at condos this afternoon.
